CGS Contractors was brought in to address the severely deteriorated asphalt at Rosemont Apartments — a community parking and driving surface riddled with potholes and extensive wear that had become a safety concern for residents.
The team completed a full removal of the existing asphalt and replaced it with a new, smooth surface, restoring functionality and curb appeal to the community. The result was a clean, durable finish that left residents with a noticeably improved environment.
