CGS Contractors is proud to be part of the ongoing renovation at Sweet Auburn Municipal Market in Atlanta — one of the city’s most iconic community food halls. This project involves a series of commercial stall renovations, demolition, and buildouts designed to breathe new life into the historic market while preserving its community roots.
Our scope includes splitting an existing stall into two separate units, a full remodel of the Bella Amoure stall, and a complete gut demolition of a former medical-use space — stripped down to the studs to allow for a fresh commercial buildout. Demo documentation, including photos and video, has been captured throughout the process.
This is an active, ongoing project — and for CGS, it represents more than construction. Sweet Auburn Market is a cornerstone of Atlanta’s culture, and we’re honored to play a role in its next chapter.
