CGS Contractors completed a full crawlspace waterproofing system for a residential home in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. This property featured a unique half-basement, half-crawlspace layout — requiring a custom approach to fully protect the structure from moisture intrusion.
Our scope included 4 crack injections, interior retaining wall construction within the crawlspace, full wall waterproofing, vapor barrier installation, and sump pump installation. All client belongings stored in the space were carefully covered and wrapped in plastic throughout the process, ensuring a clean and respectful jobsite.
The hybrid basement-crawl layout made this a technically interesting project — CGS built the retaining wall directly inside the crawlspace and waterproofed it entirely, delivering a complete moisture management solution tailored to the home’s specific structure.
