CGS Contractors completed a full retaining wall replacement and exterior drainage overhaul at Lakeside Retreat Apartments in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The existing retaining walls had structurally failed and required complete demolition and reconstruction — CGS demoed and replaced 2 large retaining walls, restoring structural integrity to the property.
As part of the scope, CGS installed over 250 linear feet of exterior drainage throughout the property, along with a series of catch basins and a PVC exterior drainage system, ensuring proper water management across the entire site and preventing future structural damage.
